Key Responsibilities:
- Working in a call centre environment assisting Participants with enquiries both over the phone and by email
- Create and reschedule Participant appointments as required
- Assist with the resolution of minor Participant issues as they arise
- Record all Participant interactions in Global Skills I house database system
- Provide administrative support to sites as required
Successful candidates for these roles will:
- Share our commitment to providing the highest standard of customer service
- Have a passion for helping others and making a difference
- Possess exceptional communication skills and an ability to build rapport
- Possess good administrative and computer skills
- Take pride in assisting customers and helping resolve queries in a first point of contact role
- Be willing to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check, Working with Children Check and other checks as deemed necessary
- Be eligible to work in Australia
- Be expected to comply with all Information Security and Privacy requirements
- Experience in Employment Services (jobactive, Workforce Australia, DES, TtW) or a call centre environment is highly regarded.
- Be able to work full-time hours onsite, Monday to Friday
