Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the successful delivery of subdivision projects, ensuring adherence to time, cost, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Oversee daily site operations, including the coordination of scheduling and resource allocation.
• Supervise personnel, subcontractors, plant, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution.
• Lead, mentor, and support team members, including leading hands, plant operators, and laborers.
• Ensure strict adherence to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) policies and procedures.

Essential Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or Foreman on subdivision projects.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a focus on mentoring and team development.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, with excellent task prioritization and deadline management skills.
• A strong commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
