Site Supervisor - Sunshine Coast Region

With a solid pipeline of custom built homes in the area this award winning residential builder is now looking for a highly experienced Site Supervisor to join their team
Reporting directly to the Construction Manager your day to day duties will include the following:

• Overseeing the construction of multiple custom homes ($500K-$1.5M)
• Interpreting building plans, regulations, codes of practice, labour control and material deliveries in order to direct progress of work and monitor compliance with construction documents.
• Negotiating with sub-contractors and coordinating their presence on site.
• Scheduling and coordinating trades on job sites
• Arranging supplies of materials and equipment and verifying delivery
• Be the main point of contact for clients on site.

The ideal Site Manager will have the following skills and attributes:

• A trade qualification in carpentry (or similar)
• A minimum 3+ years’ recent experience as a site manager, delivering custom built homes in South East Queensland.
• Initiative and the ability to work autonomously
• Passion for residential construction
• Drive and ambition to grow as an individual within the company
• Proactive attitude
• Proficient in Companion or similar
• Stable work history with good recent references
