Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget • Supervise subcontractors, laborers, and equipment on-site • Implement and enforce safety procedures, ensuring compliance with WHS regulations • Coordinate with project engineers, clients, and stakeholders for seamless project execution • Manage material deliveries, site documentation, and daily reporting • Resolve site issues and proactively identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction, earthworks, and subdivisions • Proven track record in site supervision and team leadership • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, WHS regulations, and environmental compliance • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and project schedules • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Local experience desirable
