About the role

Reporting to the Vice President – Head of Sales ANZ this role supports the growth of Tritium’s business by focusing on identifying and qualifying new leads across key market segments in Australia and New Zealand. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a vital role in cold outreach, lead qualification, and building relationships that contribute to Tritium’s sales pipeline and overall growth strategy.

Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Lead in the development and execution of the sales strategy for key market segments in the Australia and New Zealand.

• Support the execution of the sales strategy by identifying potential customers and qualifying/disqualifying leads based on predefined criteria.

• Conduct outbound outreach, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn engagement, to generate interest in Tritium’s EV charging hardware and support services.

• Build a deep understanding of key market segments in the US and identify new opportunities for Tritium.

• Maintain and update a pipeline of leads and opportunities in Tritium’s CRM tool, ensuring accurate data entry and tracking.

• Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the Sales team with qualified prospects.

• Assist in the development of account research and lead prioritization to help the Sales team target high-potential opportunities.

• Participate in trade shows, webinars, and networking events to build connections and promote Tritium’s brand.

• Collaborate with marketing to align outreach efforts with campaigns and leverage sales collateral effectively.

• Provide timely feedback on market trends, customer needs, and prospect challenges to the broader sales and marketing teams.

• Work as a collaborative team member by assisting other areas of the business when required or as directed by the Head of Sales ANZ.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field – desirable

• 4 years+ of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging potential customers via cold outreach.

• Basic understanding of sales processes, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and lead qualification techniques.

• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career.

• Interest in the eMobility sector, electric vehicles, or technology
