The Job
As the Director, Global People Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leaders, driving organizational effectiveness, talent strategies, and leadership development. You will play a critical role in shaping our people strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, and fostering a culture of high performance and engagement. This role requires a combination of strategic insight, business acumen, and a deep understanding of human resources best practices.What You’ll Do

Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to drive people and business outcomes.

Lead and develop a team of People Business Partners to support various business functions across the organization.

Partner with executives to drive workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and succession planning.

Champion a culture of inclusion, engagement, and continuous improvement to support a high-performing work environment.

Collaborate with other People Teams, including Talent Management, Communications, People Operations, and People Systems, to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Advise and guide leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, and change management initiatives.

Implement and drive key people initiatives, including leadership development, employee engagement, and career growth programs.

Utilize data analytics and HR metrics to measure the impact of people strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and best practices while fostering a culture of fairness and transparency.
What You’ll Bring
-
12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior People Business Partner or HR leadership role in a global business

Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or technology company.

Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with business objectives.

Exceptional leadership, influencing, and relationship-building skills with executives and cross-functional teams.

Deep expertise in organizational design, talent management, change management, and leadership development.
-
Analytical mindset with experience leveraging HR data and insights to drive decisions.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage complex HR issues with tact and diplomacy.

Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
-
Knowledge of Workday, preferred.

Ability to travel
