We are seeking a creative and motivated Sales & Marketing coordinator to join our Team.

Day to day you will be based at our administration office in Bulwer working part-time, approximately 24hrs per week. This role supports the Head of Sales and Marketing, Senior Marketing Executive and departments through the development of internal and external communications by employing a mix of communications tools to promote and support various parts of the business.
This part-time position offers flexible hours from Monday to Wednesday, typically 8am to 5pm, with options to adjust start and finish times as needed
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, websites, and blogs
- Assist with developing multiple (digital) campaigns across different platforms, ensuring alignment with company goals and target audience.
- Manage SEO and social media schedules to enhance our online visibility
- Collaborate in the development of internal and external communications by employing a mix of communications tools to promote and support various parts of the business
- Creating and/or coordinating artwork for various collateral (using Canva and/or Adobe Tools – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and coordinating external agencies, suppliers where required.
- Assist in Event Planning: Coordinate and organise events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement, as required
Ideally you will have:
- 2 years experience in a similar role is desirable
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management and content creation
- Technically savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams environment. Exposure to WordPress, Adobe suite, Canva, email marketing software, Google Analytics and social media tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO, and email marketing software.
- Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced industry
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload with excellent time management skills
- Ability to travel intrastate and Interstate when required to attend various field days as required.
- Diploma in Business or Marketing or studying towards one
- Understanding of sales lead generation process/CRM
