THE OPPORTUNITY
In this newly created role, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our FUJIFILM IT Services team in Brisbane.
Reporting to the Strategic Sales Leader, your key focus will be meet new business revenue and profit targets for our IT Managed Services team, developing a quality pipeline through building long term relationships and driving new business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing a prospecting routine including referrals, social media, thought leadership, outbound calling and event-based campaigns to deliver pipeline quota
• Actively managing and qualifying a robust opportunity pipeline of new customers and/or new solutions
• Planning and implementing the sales process for larger and more complex deals, owning the end-to-end sales cycle
• Providing timely and accurate sales forecasting based on deep knowledge of the market and prospect base
• Being a trusted advisor to prospects by delivering value and building a strong relationship
• Advising customers of efficient, high quality and cost-effective solutions to meet their requirements
Skills & Qualifications
• Extensive experience in IT new logo sales including complex sales cycles and solutions selling
• Previous experience in selling Managed IT Services will be highly regarded – in particular in Infrastructure and Help Desk Managed Services
• Understanding of the financial aspects of sales, including presenting financial business cases in proposals
• Ability to prepare and present successfully to customers at all levels, including C-suite
• Highly skilled in rapport-building and responding effectively to individual customer needs
• Understanding of customer drivers, including purchasing/decision processes
