Rostering Officer – Permanent Full Time
Shifts will range between 6am – 6pm

About the role:
- Assist Coordinators to respond to the support needs of clients/carers through the development and maintenance of worker rosters
- Provide information to the relevant managers regarding support staff (rosters, statistical reports, feedback from staff contact etc.)
- Respond to support worker backup requests within required time frame and guidelines
- Record changes to support worker availability on database, find alternative workers to cover absences, and maximise opportunities for support workers to obtain work
- Monitor support worker overtime and short notice cancellations to ensure all minimum contract hours and other entitlements are met
About you:
- Relevant rostering or scheduling experience (desirable)
- Full Covid-19 and influenza vaccination
- Current Working with Vulnerable People Registration (or ability to obtain)
- A National Police Check that is no older than 3 months (or ability to obtain)
