The Role.

You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technology and business objectives. You will be responsible for analyzing our ICT systems, identifying areas for improvement, and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Your insights and recommendations will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, contributing to our overall growth and success.

What you’ll do.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Evaluate existing IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and document technical specifications for new systems or enhancements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the successful integration and utilization of new technologies.
  • Skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or higher.
  • Proven no less than 3-year experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in software development methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with ICT infrastructure and systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In 1-3 months, you will…

  • Familiarise yourself with our team structure and workflows
  • Complete the the company onboarding process and get to know your colleagues
  • Build an understanding of our product development practices, processes and frameworks
  • Begin to develop relationships with key stakeholders, team leaders and members of the executive team
  • In 3-6 months, you will…
  • Establish relationships with inter-departmental key stakeholders
  • Prepare and support the execution of key design projects
  • Begin taking ownership of first initiatives
  • In 6-12 months, you will…
  • Become familiar with company’s creative product portfolio
  • Become an integral and contributing part of our engineering team
