RGIT is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Academic Head/Coordinator to work in Hobart and Melbourne Campus. These are currently Full-time and/or Part time positions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the academic departments to deliver high-quality education programs.
- Ensure compliance with ASQA standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and improve course delivery, assessments, and student satisfaction.
- Mentor and support academic staff, promoting professional development and best practices.
- Oversee curriculum development and review to ensure industry relevance.
- Manage academic timetables, resource allocation, and operational planning.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Address student feedback and academic concerns effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
- A postgraduate qualification in Education, Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in academic leadership and management in the vocational education sector.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in Australian VET.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
