The Role
As Account Coordinator, you'll be a crucial link in our agency – keeping projects on track, clients informed, and our creative team supported. This role sits at the heart of our operation, working alongside our accounts team to conduct day-to-day client communication and coordinate project details. You'll be a detail-oriented professional who ensures deadlines are met, budgets are maintained, and projects run smoothly, while helping deliver work that makes a difference for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Be the primary point of contact for clients on daily project needs
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple projects
- Transform client briefs into clear direction for our creative team
- Coordinate project documentation and ensure all stakeholders stay informed
- Coordinate production, including obtaining quotes from suppliers, coordinating with printers, and overseeing the delivery of final assets
- Organise and support photo and film shoots, ensuring smooth execution from planning to post-production
- Support the accounts team in nurturing client relationships
You Are
- A natural organiser with 1-2 years experience in a similar role or relevant field
- OR someone with hospitality (or similar) experience who can think on their feet, juggle multiple priorities, and has strong interpersonal skills.
- Someone who finds satisfaction in both the big picture and the small details
- A confident communicator who can build rapport with clients and creatives alike
- Adaptable and level-headed when juggling multiple priorities
- Genuinely enthusiastic about the creative process and agency environment
- A team player who takes pride in making things happen behind the scenes
