Your Role
As a Team Coordinator, you’ll be a key point of contact for the Finance team, providing comprehensive administration support, supporting routine activities and improving team efficiency.
You’ll:
- Contribute to the seamless execution of financial processes and day-to-day operations.
- Enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial workflows by supporting key tasks such as receipting invoices, updating purchase orders, and assisting with expense management.
- Strengthen internal and external collaboration by serving as a key liaison for the finance team, ensuring clear communication and effective coordination across stakeholders.

You’ll Need
- Proven experience in a busy administration or finance support role with multiple client groups and dealing with complex matters.
- Qualifications in Business Administration, Finance or a related field will be beneficial.
- Basic understanding of general financial processes, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- A good understanding of the link between finance, systems and business performance.
- Previous document control experience.
- A high level of computer literacy. Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance systems would be beneficial.
