What you’ll do
- Collaborate with clients and teams to gather their requirements and expectations for multimedia content
- Analyze existing multimedia systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Translate client requirements into specific specifications for multimedia content
- Develop proposals and business plans for multimedia creative projects
- Document the functional and technical specifications of multimedia content, along with other relevant documentation
- Conduct meetings and user interviews to obtain detailed multimedia content requirements
- Utilize appropriate tools to create and maintain relevant documentation and specifications for multimedia content.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Multimedia Specialist or similar role
- Proficiency in multimedia software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or other relevant programs
- Strong understanding of multimedia production processes and technologies
- Ability to conceptualize and create multimedia content including video, audio, graphics, and animation
- Experience in eliciting, documenting, and analyzing user requirements specifically related to multimedia projects
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and written communication skills
- Second language speaker, Chinese (desired not essential)
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
