Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing rental equipment requests, coordinating delivery and pickup schedules, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and inventory levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license may be required for some positions
