The position
As the Enterprise Customer & Growth Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for driving the performance of Tiimely’s platform and technology through strategic growth initiatives. You will be an impact-driven professional with a deep understanding of Australia’s Financial Services industry, lender needs, and the competitive landscape.
Your role will focus on increasing enquiries and leads for the platform while elevating the digital home loan category in Australia. You will also play a pivotal role in establishing Tiimely as essential infrastructure within the industry.
Your other responsibilities will include:
- Drive adoption and use of Tiimely’s platform and technology within the industry.
- Support the growth of the Digital Home Loan category in Australia with and through Brand partners.
- Leverage data and insights to inform strategic decisions and execution at Tiimely.
- Ensure the voice of the customer—brands, industry, lenders, and borrowers—guides implementation and execution across the business.
- Lead enterprise growth initiatives to elevate the digital home loan category and Financial Services industry.
- Develop and implement the Enterprise customer advocacy function.
- Surface key trends and insights from Enterprise Customers (Lenders) to inform cross-functional teams.
- Measure and improve lead generation through data analytics and insights.
- Build an Enterprise PR function to enhance brand awareness and drive enquiries and leads.
- Execute sustainable initiatives that increase Enterprise performance—web enquiries and leads.
- Monitor Enterprise Customer needs and develop strategic partnerships to support their goals.
- Articulate and evolve Tiimely’s market position through strategic content and brand initiatives.
- Launch growth initiatives to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Brand and Content team to craft and share Tiimely’s story effectively.
The successful candidate
Here’s some of the things we’d like you to bring:
- Proven experience in enterprise marketing or a related role within the Financial Services or fintech industry.
- Demonstrated experience and success in developing and executing B2B growth strategies that drive lead generation and customer adoption.
- Experience in managing budgets effectively across various growth marketing initiatives.
- Experience using Google Analytics & customer advocacy tools.
- Expertise in leveraging data, insights, and analytics to inform marketing strategies and business decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advocate for enterprise customers.
- Background in content marketing, product marketing and PR to drive awareness and engagement.
- A creative and strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
- Strong understanding of lender needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape in Australia would be highly desirable
