We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to Special Counsel to join our Statutory Insurance team in Adelaide working with Michael Dwyer , Ellie Moran, and Domenic Nocera .
About the team and work

This large and vibrant team, led by 3 Partners, specialise in acting for RTWSA, self-insured employers and insurers in statutory litigation matters and supplying strategic advice on minimising claims liability.

You will be involved in running litigation in the South Australian Employment Tribunal and the Supreme Court/ Court of Appeal.

This practice is high volume and will allow you to become a subject matter expert in this area of law through support from senior team members.

You will help guide, mentor, and develop junior team members.

This is a genuine opportunity for a high performing senior Lawyer to come into a well-established practice with interesting and challenging work and contribute to the overall success of the team through mentoring and leadership.

About you
-
At least 6+ years’ experience gained in a well-regarded insurance practice with speciality in a workers compensation practice.
-
You will possess strong advocacy skills, have proven file management experience, and have a ‘client first’ approach.

Applicants from Plaintiff firms and those in in-house positions are also welcomed to apply.
