We know we’ve got a lot of talent in-house and so we’re taking applications for the Service and Operations Manager role internally.
The Service and Operations Manager role will manage all aspects of our business operations – ensuring all areas runs smoothly and efficiently. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and ‘get-it-done’.
This role will report into the Directors and work closely with the Kitchen Operations and Product Manager (Nic) in leading a diverse team of front of house and back of house staff.
This is a full-time position that covers all venues and therefore travel will be expected.
The hours for the role will be from 12 PM to 8 PM on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with the fifth day of the week negotiable to make up 38 hours. We do also require flexibility on Wednesday mornings, once a month, to attend a management meeting.
