- Based in UniSA STEM at the Mawson Lakes campus
- Part-time (0.6 FTE), continuing position
- Starting salary: $80,099 per annum pro rata (plus 17% superannuation)
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for the development, delivery and coordination of courses within the Academic Unit’s undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the area of Physics. You will contribute to STEM’s teaching and learning outcomes including scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SOTL) and continuous improvement in teaching practice.
As Lecturer – Physics you will contribute independently and as part of a team to support the Academic Unit’s teaching and scholarship outcomes and will carry out activities to maintain and develop their scholarly and/or professional activities.

About the Role
- Design and implement learning activities including lectures, tutorials, and assessments and provide timely feedback to students
Essential Skills and Experience
Bachelor or higher degree qualification in Physics or related discipline, together with professional experience and current and relevant knowledge of developments in the discipline Demonstrated ability to undertake teaching duties including the design and preparation of teaching activities, design of assessment and development of online teaching resources Understanding and experience in using a range of contemporary teaching methodologies including online assessment and modern approach to academic integrity High level administrative and organisational skills and demonstrated competence in using the necessary digital techniques required for effective curriculum delivery Demonstrated commitment to teaching through continual development and improving performanceBenefits
