About the Role
As a Community Services Coordinator, you will:
Manage service scheduling & rostering to ensure timely, cost-effective care delivery.
Work closely with Case Managers to coordinate services, equipment, and support.
Optimize workforce allocation by prioritizing Bene Aged Care staff and minimizing travel time.
Ensure compliance with aged care guidelines and service agreements.
Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a key point of contact for consumers and staff.
Find creative solutions to rostering challenges, ensuring continuity of care.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in rostering/scheduling within a community or aged care setting.
Strong problem-solving & organizational skills to manage workforce logistics effectively.
Excellent communication & customer service skills – ability to build trust with consumers and staff.
Understanding of case management principles and aged care service requirements.
Ability to work independently & collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of WHS & confidentiality requirements in aged care.
Current National Police Certificate & Driver’s License.
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience in a similar role within aged/community care.
Ability to speak a second language.
