Your New Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating and prioritising meetings and appointments.
  • Handling initial telephone enquiries and resolving customer issues within set parameters.
  • Maintaining and organising files and records.
  • Managing the flow of information and documents between the General Manager and other business units.
  • Reviewing incoming correspondence and drafting responses.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for queries and internal approvals.
  • Developing and maintaining effective networks with key stakeholders.
  • Liaising with both internal and external customers.
  • Assist with meeting administration, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Contribute to business reporting and follow-up on action items.
  • Process accounts and arrange payments.
  • Maintain records of senior staff leave.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing service delivery enhancements.
