As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and prioritising meetings and appointments.
- Handling initial telephone enquiries and resolving customer issues within set parameters.
- Maintaining and organising files and records.
- Managing the flow of information and documents between the General Manager and other business units.
- Reviewing incoming correspondence and drafting responses.
- Acting as the first point of contact for queries and internal approvals.
- Developing and maintaining effective networks with key stakeholders.
- Liaising with both internal and external customers.
- Assist with meeting administration, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Contribute to business reporting and follow-up on action items.
- Process accounts and arrange payments.
- Maintain records of senior staff leave.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing service delivery enhancements.
