Position Overview:

Pilatus Australia is seeking a skilled and dedicated Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and airworthiness of our customer's aircraft. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a passionate team of aviation professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections and scheduled maintenance on various aircraft models.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose aircraft systems and components to identify and rectify issues.
  • Conduct repairs and replacements of aircraft parts and systems as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and industry standards.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and update aircraft maintenance logs.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members and engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Participate in training and continuous learning to stay up-to-date with the latest aircraft technologies and maintenance procedures.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and professionalism within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.
  • Proven experience in aircraft maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with various aircraft models and their systems.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirables:

  • Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.
  • Pilatus PC-12 type rating / experience.
  • Pilatus PC-24 type rating / experience.
