The OpportunityPurple Support is looking for a full-time Disability Service Coordinator based in Darwin, NT .
In this leadership-focused role, you will be responsible for overseeing service delivery, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Providing leadership and mentorship to support staff and team leaders

Developing and managing individual care plans , ensuring alignment with participants’ goals

Ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines and maintaining accurate documentation

Building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders

Driving service improvements through continuous development initiatives
-
Providing strategic insights and operational guidance to the leadership team
To qualify, you will need a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field , or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role will also be essential.
Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:

Hands-on experience in disability support , preferably as a support worker, team leader, or house coordinator

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex situations

Passion for working with a diverse team and enhancing service quality

Familiarity with NDIS compliance, policies, and rostering
