Are you ready to take the next step in your career and make a significant impact? We're looking for a dynamic Business Services Manager to join our team! As the Business Services Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Executive Coordination and Business Support.
You will lead and manage a dedicated Business Services team that supports the NIAA Central Group across the Northern Territory. This is a hands-on role based in our Darwin office, where you'll oversee a small team spread across various locations. The Assistant Director, Business Services Manager is responsible for the following:
  • leadership and management: Guide and support your team to deliver essential corporate functions, including facilities management, fleet coordination, security, remote property management, minor procurement, and HR support
  • stakeholder engagement: Work closely with staff and management across the NT, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication
  • innovation and creativity: Take the initiative to enact change, be creative, and take calculated risks to improve our services
  • impact and opportunities: Your work will directly influence the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, providing you with the opportunity to make a meaningful difference
