As the Business Services Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Executive Coordination and Business Support.You will lead and manage a dedicated Business Services team that supports the NIAA Central Group across the Northern Territory. This is a hands-on role based in our Darwin office, where you'll oversee a small team spread across various locations. The Assistant Director, Business Services Manager is responsible for the following:
- leadership and management: Guide and support your team to deliver essential corporate functions, including facilities management, fleet coordination, security, remote property management, minor procurement, and HR support
- stakeholder engagement: Work closely with staff and management across the NT, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication
- innovation and creativity: Take the initiative to enact change, be creative, and take calculated risks to improve our services
- impact and opportunities: Your work will directly influence the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, providing you with the opportunity to make a meaningful difference
