This position is FT and graded as Level 4 under the SCHADS Award.
ITEC Group is seeking a qualified and experienced Care Coordinator. The Care Coordinator will lead and coordinate the high-quality support services offered to NDIS eligible participants and lead a team of Support Workers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high level support to Participants
- Providing professional direction and support to staff in delivery of care and best practice to clients
- Ensuring compliance and legislation is adhered to at all times
- Scheduling of supports for participants
- Managing a team of disability support workers and ensuring they are engaged, motivated and delivering quality care
- Compile and prepare reports for management and other external stakeholders including but not limited to Government Departments
What you need to be considered for this position:
- Tertiary qualifications in the industry or similar is essential (minimum Diploma / Degree level)
- Previous supervisory experience
- Experience in the industry with a sound understanding of legislation and compliance
- Able to deliver training to a team when required
- Have a current driver’s license
- Hold a current clearances (NDIS Worker Check, Ochre Card and Police Check)
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
