Resthaven Aberfoyle Park Residential Services are seeking a Care Coordinator for a Full-time role starting on 9th June, 2025

A little more about the role:
- Working collaboratively with the Senior Manager Clinical Services and the Residential Services Managers at our Aberfoyle Park site to provide quality clinical care and services to all residents.
- Working in consultation with residents and their families in the planning, delivery and evaluation of the clinical care provided.
- Delivering professional standards of contemporary best practice nursing and care services at your allocated residential aged care home
- Ensuring effective and collaborative working arrangements with visiting medical practitioners and other allied health professionals
- The supervision of nursing staff and personal care assistants
Essential Criteria:
- Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff to achieve organisational goals
- Previous supervisory experience as a Registered Nurse
- A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with staff and residents
- Ability to logically prioritise varying work demands
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- You have an understanding of the ageing process and a commitment to caring for older people
- At least 3 years' experience as a registered nurse
- Registration with AHPRA
