Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong Sales Coordinator to join the team.You’ll join our client who are a market-leading organisation responsible for the assembly and delivery of distribution substations. This role is conveniently located in the Liverpool area, in Western Sydney.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing customer enquiries over the phone
- Liaising with external stakeholders to manage orders and deliveries
- Scheduling work orders and following up on relevant paperwork
- Computer CRM systems and the Microsoft suite. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a bonus
- Engaging with stakeholders comfortably over the phone
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
