What You’ll Do
- Lead store onboarding – Set up and integrate new stores into our loyalty system.
- Manage POS & API integrations – Ensure smooth connections between systems and troubleshoot issues.
- Work with vendors – Oversee IT aspects of vendor onboarding and manage timelines.
- Support & problem-solve – Identify and fix technical issues quickly.
- Bridge the gap – Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Document & improve – Maintain clear technical guides and suggest system improvements.
What You’ll Need
- Experience in technology support, integrations, or a similar role .
- Understanding of APIs, POS systems, and app development processes .
- Strong communication skills – Able to explain technical details in simple terms.
- Problem-solving and project management skills – Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation .
