As a Finance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting business intelligence initiatives, and driving process improvements. Working closely with the Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
Accounting & Reporting
- Preparing monthly group-level management and board reports, including consolidated financial statements;
- Supporting and enhancing Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools for stakeholders;
- Conducting variance analysis and preparing insightful commentary on financial performance;
- Processing general journal entries and reconciling key general ledger accounts; and
- Assisting with acquisition accounting and integration of new business entities.
- Preparing audit working papers and financial statements; and
- Supporting the external audit process and liaising with auditors
- Developing detailed financial models in Microsoft Excel; and
- Assisting with budgeting processes and inputting data into the accounting system.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance reporting and streamline finance processes; and
- Assisting with system integrations for newly acquired businesses.
- You’re a proactive and detail-oriented professional eager to build on your existing experience and expand your skill set. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving, process improvement, and collaboration.
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- CPA or CA qualification (or working towards completion);
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including financial modelling); and
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail;
- Ability to interpret financial data, policies, and regulations;
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities;
- Adaptability to work in a fast-changing business environment; and
- Professional, enthusiastic, and collaborative approach.
