About the role:- The SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Lead oversees the change management strategy for the SAP SF PMGM implementation within the Modern ERP Program, ensuring effective management of people, process, and technology changes to drive adoption, minimize resistance, and enable a smooth transition.
- Design and implement the SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management change management strategy, ensuring alignment with the Modern ERP Program transformation objectives and adherence to best practices in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci).
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communication efforts, ensuring HR leaders, business managers, and employees are kept informed and supported throughout the transition.
- Perform change impact assessments to identify changes in processes, roles, and technology, and create targeted interventions to address these impacts.
- Create and execute communication plans to ensure clear, consistent messaging on project progress, system benefits, and anticipated changes.
- Over 10 years of experience in change management and business transformation, specializing in HR and Payroll systems implementation.
- Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale ERP HCM change programs, ideally within SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or SAP S/4HANA HR/Payroll implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies, including Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s Change Model, and Lewin’s Change Theory.
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training delivery within complex organizational environments.
