Change Analyst- SAP SuccessFactorsBrisbane, QLD

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Change Analyst to support the implementation of Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) within a large-scale ERP transformation program. This role will play a key part in stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, training coordination, and business readiness activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering the change management strategy for the SAP SuccessFactors PMGM implementation.
- Conduct change impact assessments, identifying role and process changes.
- Support stakeholder engagement activities across HR, Payroll, and business units.
- Coordinate training programs, including scheduling and material development.
- Assist in business readiness assessments and post-implementation support.
- Develop communication materials, such as FAQs, presentations, and updates.
- Track and manage change adoption metrics, gathering feedback and monitoring engagement.
- Provide administrative support for workshops, meetings, and training sessions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, HR transformation, or business process change.
- Experience supporting HR and Payroll system implementations, preferably in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or SAP S/4HANA HR/Payroll environments.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in stakeholder communications and training coordination.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
- Strong organisational skills with a delivery-focused approach.
- Experience in government, utilities, or enterprise HR transformation programs.
- Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s Change Model, or similar methodologies.
- Background in HR policy, employee relations, or talent development.
