Join our dynamic People and Capability (P&C) reporting team, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering HR reporting excellence. As a Reporting Analyst, you will extend your passion for numbers and data to provide invaluable insights and reporting for our P&C team and the broader network. What you’ll be doing
As a People & Capability Reporting Analyst at Kmart Group, you will:
• Spearhead the delivery of people reporting across the business, ensuring its accuracy and relevance for strategic decision-making.
• Develop dashboards and uphold business intelligence (BI) administration ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Provide vital support to P&C by delivering periodic and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
• Proactively identify data trends and anomalies and provide insights and recommendations for improvement and optimisation in reporting.
• Participate in projects that require data analysis and reporting support.
To be successful in this role you’ll have:
• Proficiency and demonstrated experience in business intelligence systems.
• Experience in the creation of PowerBi dashboards & Reports, including loading and joining data from multiple sources, visualisations and DAX.
• A working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors in both Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll, while being open to learning and adapting to new systems.
• Knowledge of Power Automate.
• Exceptional proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced features such as pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas, and charting functions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently communicate and present data with meaningful insights and findings to all levels of management, including our Executive Leadership Team.
• The capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, effectively multitask, and prioritize tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to use data and insights to drive recommendations.
