Credit & Collections Officer

Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Debt Collections Officer to help clear aged debts for a 3-month contract .
Location: Stapylton, QLD (Flexible WFH options – in-office training required)
Hours: 3–4 days per week, 8 AM – 4 PM
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for reviewing debtor accounts, contacting customers to arrange payments, and processing transactions in Xero .
What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in debt collection / credit control
• Proficiency in Xero
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
