What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating and executing exciting B2B and B2C marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels
• Analysing market trends, competitor activity and consumer insights to shape marketing and trade strategies
• Managing website content, updates, and optimisation to enhance performance
• Developing marketing materials that elevate the brand – think industry campaigns, advertising, and eye-catching collateral
• Collaborating with external agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless campaigns and events
• Supporting sponsorships, events, and affiliate partnerships that increase brand visibility
• Reviewing data, tweaking campaigns and driving ROI – because results matter here!

What you’ll bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally with a financial services or professional services focus
• Confidence with marketing automation tools and digital platforms like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads etc.
• Hands-on experience running social media campaigns, managing events, and delivering engaging email marketing
• A sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a natural flair for organisation
• The ability to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat – deadlines are your jam
