About the Role:
As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to drive digital transformation initiatives. Reporting directly to the CIO, you’ll facilitate Agile practices, manage business requirements, and support solution design and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications;
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous process improvement;
- Work on integration projects with APIs, SaaS platforms, and CRMs (Salesforce to Dynamics 365 migration planned);
- Manage multiple projects across software development, digital transformation, and business applications;
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery; and
- Provide strong stakeholder engagement, bridging technical and business teams.
- Technical expertise – background in software development, systems analysis, or integration;
- Agile & Scrum proficiency – experience running sprints and facilitating Agile ceremonies;
- Excellent communication skills – ability to engage with vendors, senior stakeholders, and technical teams;
- Experience in CRM or ERP systems (highly regarded but not essential); and
- Comfortable in a smaller, fast-paced environment.
- Work directly with the CIO in a flat structure;
- Hybrid flexibility – 3 days in the office, 2 from home;
