Currently they are We're seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to take the lead in managing and optimizing our diverse portfolio of properties across Sydney.

The Role:

As the Senior Facilities Manager , you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of multiple facilities within our portfolio. From overseeing maintenance and managing vendor relationships to developing long-term strategies for building management, you'll be the cornerstone of our facilities team. This role offers both a challenge and an opportunity to make a significant impact within a rapidly evolving industry.

Main Duties and Experience:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of facilities management, ensuring optimal functionality, safety, and efficiency across all properties.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Oversee budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Handle emergency repairs and urgent situations with quick thinking and a calm demeanor.
  • Lead and mentor a team of facilities coordinators and technicians, supporting their professional growth.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, KPI updates, and strategic plans to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, ideally in a senior role.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance processes, and compliance regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Previous experience with a diverse property portfolio is preferred.
  • Relevant qualifications in facilities management or property management are highly desirable.
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle

Extra Details:

  • Location: Sydney NSW
  • Pay range is between $125,000 - $145,000 + Super
  • No Criminal History (Must have)
  • Working Rights in Australia (Must have)
