  • Identify risks and opportunities and take account of these in planning.
  • Identify and develop risk mitigation options through analysis of alternative courses of action and their implications.

Due to the classified nature of the role and the need to attend Canberra-based stakeholder meetings on a daily basis, remote work and work from home options are not available.

Offers for successful candidates will be subject to the candidate completing the Defence Intelligence Suitability Assessment (DISA) and being assessed as ‘suitable’.

The DISA is a psychometric assessment, which takes approximately 8-12 weeks to process. This will be completed after a candidate is identified as successful in the recruitment round. Candidates will require a Top Secret Positive Vetting clearance to be employed within the Group.

Successful candidates with at least a Negative Vetting 1 clearance may be considered for employment while their application for a higher clearance is being processed. Candidates without a clearance or who hold a baseline clearance only will not be able to be employed until the Top Secret Positive Vetting clearance has been processed. This can take an additional 6-18 months after the DISA has been processed.
