About the Role:
Our Donor Services team needs you!
In preparation for the Red Shield Appeal, we are looking for several Revenue Processing and Receipting Clerks to join us on a casual full time basis commencing end March for about three months in our Blackburn, Melbourne office.
If you have experience with accurate and timely processing and receipting we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Processing Campaign & One Off Donations
• Processing Regular Giving Generated Batches and Manual Payments
• Credit Card / Direct Debit Rejections for One Off Donations
• Research and prepare “unsolicited” & Campaign Acquisition donations
• Campaign and annual receipting setup, testing and delivery
• Campaign donation pipeline management
• Maintain donor records within Policy and Procedure guidelines
• Other administrative tasks as required
About you:
• Year 12 or recognised equivalent
• 1+ year experience in a clerical or relevant data entry environment
• Excellent customer service and telephone manner
• Understanding of and commitment to the mission and values of The Salvation Army
