The Role
As a Technical Services Engineer, you'll ensure the smooth operation of Pepper’s IT systems and services, acting as the go-to person for all IT-related matters. You'll provide 2nd level support across the business, support VIPs, and take ownership of service improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include lifecycle, incident, and change management. Here’s what your day might look like:
- Incident Management: Respond to tickets within agreed timeframes, troubleshooting issues related to PCs, telephony, printers, applications, and AV equipment.
- Service Request Management : Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of service requests.
- Service Ownership : Enhance Pepper’s IT service delivery by leading service improvement initiatives and projects.
- Risk Management: Manage risks by ensuring compliance with policies, quality, and operational standards, adhering to Pepper's technology guidelines.
About You
We're looking for an experienced Technical Services Engineer to handle incident management, service requests, and help mature Pepper’s IT service delivery. If you fit the experience below, send through your application.:
- Microsoft Expertise: Experience with Microsoft products such as Intune, M365 Admin, and Teams.
- Directory Services : Experience with Entra ID/AzureAD and on-prem AD.
- Email Services: Knowledge of cloud-based email services like Exchange Online.
- Bonus Skills : Experience with telephony support (Genesys Cloud, Avaya, or CISCO), SharePoint, and AV support would be a plus.
