About the Role
As the Product Manager, you will work in conjunction with the Head of Products to analyse relevant competitor products and redesign and introduce products as per industry demand to ensure that Queensland Country Bank consistently delivers market competitive products to our membership base and drive results to achieve targeted KPI results and commission income.
This is a full-time position based on a 38-hour work week, with the successful applicant willing to work outside normal business hours to accommodate the needs of the department. The position can be based in our Townsville Head Office or Brisbane Admin Office.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or related field
- Experience in product management, market research or a related field
- Financial Services experience (desired)
- Experience of delivering on key projects and initiatives that have demonstrated successful results
- Demonstrated ability in concept/product creation and execution that deliver financial and non-financial results
- Highly developed and effective oral and written communicator, including listening and negotiation skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to self-manage and work as part of a wider team across several different work disciplines
- An effective change agent and strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
