We are seeking an experienced Business Coordinator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. You'll aid the Business Manager by undertaking a range of financial functions including those activities associated with the financial management arising from statutory requirements, financial analysis, budget reporting, accrual accounting processes and general ledger activities.

Perform all duties related to S4Hana for the procurement of goods and services to support HCC services. This includes completing procurement records, raising requisitions for approval, goods receipting of invoices, reconciling transactions, ensuring compliance, matching supporting documentation, and resolving any discrepancies. Additionally, assist in monitoring and advising on variations in expenditure and revenue that impact budget performance, support the finalization of monthly service line and cost center reports, and take corrective action as necessary
Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities)
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:
- Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to understand formulas, prepare data analysis and reconciliations with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and experience.
- Sound knowledge and skills in the use of Queensland Health financial and HR systems; S4Hana, Decision Support System (DSS), ProMaster and myHR.
- Well-developed communication, negotiation, and consultation skills within a multidisciplinary workplace.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage a heavy workload, competing priorities, and the ability to meet deadlines and establish work priorities.
- Ability to build effective team relationships with a willingness to assist others.
