We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions.
Responsibilities include:
-
Build SAP SuccessFactors technology solutions that transform clients’ payroll functions and solve their payroll issues.
-
Run workshops, design, set-up, and test prototype and production payroll solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly.

Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors.

Pitch in on sales efforts when needed.
-
Continue to learn and develop your technical SAP and business expertise.
Requirements:
-
You have an Associate certification in SuccessFactors ECP
-
Understanding of leading practice payroll processes and EAs/Modern Awards.
-
Understanding of basic concepts of EC.
-
Minimum of two end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementation, including hands-on. design and configuration within all the following areas:
-
Data replication mapping with EC
-
Payroll Control Center
-
Payroll Schema, PCR and Operations
-
Wage Type set up, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, Leave Provision, Leave Loading , posting to Finance, STP2
-
Payroll Interfaces design and testing for Bank, STP etc.
Advantageous but not essential :
-
You have SF Time Tracking certification and experience including Time Off.
-
You know payroll for other countries like NZ, US, China etc.
-
You have certification and experience in EC.
-
You understand SF to other SAP family product integrations like Concur, S/4 etc.
