Work options: HybridAbout the Role: We are seeking a dedicated SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to support and optimize our SuccessFactors system during a critical transition from Workday to SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities:
- System Support: Provide comprehensive support across multiple SuccessFactors modules, including Financial, Performance, Reward & Compensation, and Learning.
- Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to enhance system performance and usability.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate and efficient management of core data, including filtering and processing.
- Training & Development: Lead training sessions to improve staff proficiency with SuccessFactors.
- Interface Management: Navigate and resolve issues related to the complex SAP web interface.
- Transaction Oversight: Oversee high-value transactions (up to $900M) within the reward system module, ensuring smooth and secure processing.
- Problem Solving: Tackle challenges related to the transition from Workday to SuccessFactors, minimizing disruptions.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors , including all relevant modules.
- Strong experience and understanding of SAP interfaces and data management .
- Excellent problem-solving skills and experience managing complex web interfaces.
- Experience in training and system optimization .
- Ability to securely manage high-value transactions .
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
