We have an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer to join our Commercial Insurance (CTP) team in Sydney working with Renée Sadler .
About the team and the work

This is a national team that represent licensed insurers and scheme agents in every state and territory in Australia.

The team manage claim portfolios and defend litigated claims. They are experts in major and catastrophic personal injury matters, intricate medical and fraudulent claims, complex liability disputes and damages .

The team support a number of major general insurers in designing and implementing claims systems, help with strategic audits as well as review risk analysis and reserves.

This practice is high volume and will allow you to become a subject matter expert in this area of law through support from senior team members.

You will be mentored and encouraged to develop your skills whilst supporting the senior members of the team.

About you
-
Prior experience gained in an insurance or litigation practice.
-
Plaintiff and in-house experience considered.
-
Previous experience in personal injury claims and CTP highly regarded.

Demonstrate the ability to organise and prioritise your time with proven file management skills.
