About the role
The Sports and Recreation team is looking for a second Project Support Officer to assist in a diversity of projects including:
• Jells Park Pavilion, Sports Fields, Running Track and Jetties
• Deep Rock Pavilion
• Corben Oval Upgrades,
• Olinda Recreation Reserve Stage 2
• Yarra Bend Park Fire Services
For each project you will work with the Project Manager, local operations team and communications and engagement team to progress the project through statutory and internal approvals processes, design, contractor procurement, construction and closure.

We're looking for an enthusiastic professional to join our team and provide administrative support to achieve these outcomes.
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in business and administrative support.
- Excellent communication, administration and financial skills.
- A friendly and proactive approach to problem solving and providing support to Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.
- Experience with finance systems and processes, procurement platforms and document management software.
