THE ROLEThe Project Support Officer provides administrative, coordination, reporting, and project management support to the Strategy Policy and Planning Branch. The Strategy Policy and Planning Branch has portfolio responsibility for Social Housing Reform, Affordable Housing and Social Investment and Portfolio Strategy and Planning. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, trustworthy, administrative and coordination support for the allocation, monitoring and approvals of products and materials across the Branch. The role will provide support to teams within the Branch through calendar and inbox management, coordination and quality assurance of PPQs, PAEC Briefs, correspondence, meeting papers and other products. The position regularly liaises with a wide range of stakeholders and operates with professionalism, initiative, and collaboration.

- Coordinate the allocation, monitoring, approvals and quality assurance of materials and products through Our Briefings system that are requested across the Branch including Cabinet Submissions, PPQ, PAEC, meeting briefs, correspondence and other products in a timely way.
- Provide administrative support to Directors with calendar and inbox management, procurement, payments and in the coordination of approvals.
- Support the drafting of correspondence and meeting briefs and the maintenance of our library of supporting resources to inform the consistent and accurate information provided.
