Responsibilities:
- Design and implement digital solutions that meet the needs of the organization and its customers.
- Specialize in low code applications, business intelligence, process optimization, UI/UX, consultancy, and sales support.
- Work closely with the sales team, customers, and internal stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the sales team to support the sales process.
- Participate in the development of proposals and presentations to customers and partners.
- Provide consultancy services to customers and partners to help them understand the value of the organization's digital solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in digital solutions and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Continuously improve the organization's digital solutions to meet the changing needs of the organization and its customers.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital solutions architecture, including experience with low code applications, business intelligence, process optimization, UI/UX, and consultancy.
- Strong understanding of digital solutions and technologies, including low code platforms, business intelligence tools, process optimization tools, UI/UX design, and cloud computing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and understand customer needs.
- Experience working with sales teams and providing sales support.
- Experience working in a consultancy role, providing advice and guidance to customers.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
