About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the CAMHS Executive team as a Principal Project Officer, where you will be responsible for:
- Undertake a comprehensive analysis of local and interstate ED Navigator models and scope their feasibility, including the benefits and challenges for consideration by WCHN.
- Develop potential WCHN specific consumer centric service pathways and care models for consideration in consultation with senior leadership, cultural leads, clinicians, and relevant key stakeholders.
- Lead the development of reporting mechanisms to monitor, analyse and report on core data accessed from associated information systems and provide advice regarding patient related outcome measures for this project.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification for your relevant discipline (see Role Description in Useful Links section)
- Effective leadership skills, including strong communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
- Proven ability to drive service improvement and manage projects.
- Strong flexibility, innovation, and creativity in a service setting.
- Experienced in leading change management and consumer engagement initiatives.
- Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing priorities effectively.
