What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Front Office team, ensuring effortless check-ins and memorable stays.
- Motivate and mentor team members, fostering growth and a positive, high-energy workplace.
- Collaborate across departments to maintain exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee daily hotel operations, from financial transactions to staffing and guest relations.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
- Being first point of contact for any critical emergency situations
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in hotels or hospitality.
- Working knowledge of hotel property management systems like Opera beneficial
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Valid NSW RSA Competency Card, First Aid Certification, and Driver's License.
- A team player who inspires, engages, and promotes a culture of excellence.
- Long periods of standing in the front desk areas and occasional lifting of heavy items
