We are seeking a part-time General Psychologist to join our team in South East Melbourne and will be provided with a supportive team of Practice Nurses and Medical Receptionists to attend to all administrative needs
Bring your specialist skills to assist in areas such as
- Provide Evidence-Based Therapy – Deliver psychological assessments and interventions for clients across primary care and aged care settings.
- Work Collaboratively – Engage with GPs, healthcare teams, and aged care providers to develop holistic care plans.
- Support Diverse Client Needs – Address a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, and cognitive decline.
- Maintain Ethical & Professional Standards – Adhere to AHPRA regulations, ethical guidelines, and confidentiality requirements.
- Develop Treatment Plans – Tailor interventions to individual client needs using evidence-based approaches.
- Complete Clinical Documentation – Maintain accurate and timely case notes and reports in line with professional standards.
- Deliver Psychoeducation & Support – Provide education and coping strategies to clients, families, and caregivers.
- Engage in Professional Development – Stay up to date with best practices through training and supervision.
- Demonstrate Strong Communication Skills – Effectively communicate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- AHPRA Registration Required – Must be a registered psychologist with AHPRA and meet all professional requirements.

Things that matter to us
- Minimum 2 year in similar role
- Full AHPRA registered psychologists either general or specialised, though clinical endorsement highly favourable
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
- Ability to be a collaborative team member (within a multidisciplinary team)
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
